Probably the most frequently asked question is “Are DocVerify documents legally valid”.
My response is always “absolutely”, but don’t take my word for it.
The U.S. government and governments all over the world including the United Nations have passed many laws and acts to ensure their legal validity.
In the US, there are many laws or acts which give electronic documents legally binding status. This includes acts such as the Federal E-Sign Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. Internationally, there are also similar laws such as the European Standards Act or the Canadian Can/CGSB-72.34-2005 Act also gives electronic documents legally binding status.
According to these laws or acts both domestically and internationally, DocVerify documents are legally binding or valid as long as it meets the criteria.

Not using DocVerify cost me millions
Just the other day I attended a technology conference in Orange County, California. It was the usual event with companies doing presentations and others networking with one another.
During lunch, I sat at a table with about seven other people. We all introduced ourselves, who we are, what we do, and what our companies do. Around me were not only other technologist, but HR people, as well as writers and marketers.
A few minutes into lunch, the marketing person sitting next to me started asking questions about DocVerify's technology, and after explaining what DocVerify is, and does, I got the usual first response from him, "I don't see any point in using DocVerify". Knowing this and how people initially respond to DocVerify I started asking him a few questions, and before long he was giving me examples.
As it turns out, he's also very involved in the entertainment industry. A few years ago, he and some others invested millions in a film project. They went through the usual pre-production steps, and hired writers to start on writing the screenplay for the film. Apparently, there were a number of different versions and iterations made on the script. Before long, there was a dispute between the writers and the investors. With millions of dollars at stake, the case went to court because the investors said the idea and changes were theirs, and on the other side the writers were saying the same thing. Long story short, after a couple years they finally got their day in court, and he said that every writer got on the stand and not only exagerrated, but flat out lied. As a result, the project was lost, they spent an endless amount of money in court, and it ended up costing him and the other investors millions of dollars.
So, without upsetting him any further, I explained to him that he could have simply gone to DocVerify, and uploaded the script and iterations everytime there was a major or even a minor change. DocVerify has the ability of DocVerify-ing up to 180 different file types, so he wouldn't of had to worry about converting it to a PDF before uploading his document. Basically, by doing that he would of had a time stamped copy that would make it simple to prove that he had that version or that idea at that given point in time, in much the same way as copywriting it with the government.
DocVerify makes it simple for any person to protect themselves for just a few dollars. Not using DocVerify could cost you millions too.
