Electronic Document Legal Validity

Probably the most frequently asked question is “Are DocVerify documents legally valid”.

My response is always “absolutely”, but don’t take my word for it.

The U.S. government and governments all over the world including the United Nations have passed many laws and acts to ensure their legal validity.

In the US, there are many laws or acts which give electronic documents legally binding status. This includes acts such as the Federal E-Sign Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. Internationally, there are also similar laws such as the European Standards Act or the Canadian Can/CGSB-72.34-2005 Act also gives electronic documents legally binding status.

According to these laws or acts both domestically and internationally, DocVerify documents are legally binding or valid as long as it meets the criteria.

Don't risk it. DocVerify It.
